MISSION STATEMENT

The City of California City Community Department is designed as a one-stop shop for your development needs. Contained under one roof, our customers have access to the Planning and Building Deparmtent. Our goal is to assist property Owners, Applicants, Developers, Neighbors and Others in making effective use of the City General Plan, Municipal Code, Zoning Ordinance and Site Plan Approval procedures.
