ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Mows grass on TDS maintained
2. Trims and maintains trees, shrubs, flowers and turf on TDS
3. Assist in maintaining, repairing, installing and operating irrigation systems on TDS
4. Uses hand tools and other equipment required for
5. May apply herbicides, pesticides and fertilizers as
6. Polices TDS areas for damage, nuisances, garbage, and repairs
7. Performs a variety of general building maintenance and custodial
8. Paints and repairs recreation
9. Performs routine maintenance to assigned tools and
10. Reports the need for maintenance and repair on areas beyond scope of
11. Run errands as
12. Corrects or reports any safety or fire
13. Reports any unauthorized persons or other security
14. Performs a variety of seasonal
